Throughout my childhood, I always enjoyed a classic pot roast; however, this is the easiest dinner recipe you will possibly ever make. I had never heard of “Mississippi Pot Roast” before I discovered this recipe. I took the liberty of changing a few things about this recipe; however, do not leave out the Peperonchini Peppers.
