Although, I still have not mastered any of their southern, buttermilk biscuit making artistry, I can execute a multiple course meal; combine flavors to obtain a great tasting entree; and create delicious dishes directly from my own garden.
Along with my husband, we are the dynamic duo of Smokin J’s Barbeque, a professional barbecue competition team, which also competes in the Steak Cookoff Association.
