  • 4-5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 of a banana or whole
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein shake mix or whey protein I like chocolate flavors
  • pinch of chia seeds
  • 12 oz. of Lactaid 2% milk or your favorite milk product


  • Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Enjoy.
