Easy Crock Pot Roast

This is the easiest dinner recipe you will possibly make.  My version of “Mississippi Pot Roast” requires a rub to impart flavor into the meat. The slow cooking method will create a delicious, tender roast your family will love. Rub for the roast: mix the following:  1 tablespoon Kosher salt 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 3/4

Using BBQ Competition Leftovers

This post is a recipe for all our BBQ competition competitors and their associates.  When we finish a BBQ competition (Smokin J’s BBQ), we usually have some leftover shredded/chopped/sliced Boston Butt.  I found a recipe to use this leftover pork and I changed it up a bit to suite my flavor.  TRY IT!  SHARE it
